Diego Sanchez faced the UFC lightweight champ BJ Penn last weekend. This was a great fight that almost lasted the full length of 5 rounds. Eventually, Penn defeated Sanchez with a technical knockout. Even though he lost, Diego Sanchez showed some great skill and heart, and shouldn’t be counted out as one of the best lightweight MMA fighters in the UFC.
