Diego Sanchez faced the UFC lightweight champ BJ Penn last weekend. This was a great fight that almost lasted the full length of 5 rounds. Eventually, Penn defeated Sanchez with a technical knockout. Even though he lost, Diego Sanchez showed some great skill and heart, and shouldn’t be counted out as one of the best lightweight MMA fighters in the UFC.

Once again, BJ Penn proved to everyone that he is as tough as they come. Diego Sanchez was a tough opponent, and he took the fight all the way to the 5th round. BJ Penn won with a technical knock out, shutting up all the doubters out there. Like it or not, BJ Penn is still a champ, and we are very happy for him.

Punishment Athletics will be represented during UFC 106 when Tito Ortiz walks out to the octagon for the first time a year and a half. This is a huge fight for Ortiz, as he has to prove to the fans that he has maintained his MMA skills, and his training was as vigorous has he has been saying. The man looks ready, but so will his opponent Forest Griffin. This should be one hell of a brawl, and we cannot wait!
