Our favorite comrade MMA fighter, Fedor Emelianenko, returns on February 12th to fight at the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix (HGP) quarterfinal event. He will face off against Brazilian Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva whose 15-2 record makes him a great challenger. Ironically, Silva’s last loss was to Fabricio Werdum, the same guy that gave Fedor is first “real” loss. Fedor needs to redeem himself, so you know that he will give his all at this fight. It should be a great one.

Fedor Emelianenko will face Brett Rogers in which should be a great fight for everyone to see. The Strikeforce event will be televised for the public on CBS so this event is huge for MMA world, because every American household will have a chance to see Fedor in action. Fedor’s name is a big mystery to many Americans fans, as he doesn’t fight for the UFC which is the most popular MMA entity in the states. On November 7th, the mystery will be no more. Brett Rogers will be a very tough opponent but we think Fedor will win … again. We just hope its a knockout and never makes it to the judges’ decision … cough cough ~~ UFC 104 judges were terrible ~~ cough cough!
