Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin will face off at the UFC 116 which will be one of the most anticipated bouts in UFC history, let alone MMA history. The winner will be the undisputed UFC Heavyweight champion.
The brands each fighter will be wearing for their walkouts are actually very fitting. Lesnar will be wearing DeathClutch, and since he is trying to clutch to his title as much as he can, we thought it was a great coincidence. But wait! Shane Carwin will be wearing a shirt by Dethrone, and he is on his path to dethrone the current Heavyweight champ. Oh what a funny world we live in.

Shane Carwin is about to face his strongest opponent in his career, Frank Mir. Since the current champ Brock Lesnar is injured and cannot fight, this will be the interim heavyweight championship fight. Whoever wins this one, will face Brock and get a chance to snatch that belt away. We all know that Frank Mir cannot wait to fight Brock again, and thats why Shane Carwin is in for a long haul. He will need everything he has to stop Frank and this will make a great fight at UFC 111.

Brock Lesnar will face Shane Carwin during UFC 106. Yeah, this is going to be a brawl. Lesnar will be defending his belt against a very tough opponent. Both guys are massive in size and we think that this is a true challenge for Brock. A victory over Carwin would solidify Lesnar as a best heavyweight MMA fighter as Shane is as close to Brock’s weight as anyone is going to get. We are very excited for this fight and cannot wait until November!
Brock Lesnar’s UFC 106 walkout shirt is of course made by Death Clutch. What looks like a medieval warrior, the person on the shirt is holding a shield in one hand and a single ball mace in the other. On the back of the shirt there is a huge image of a shield with “Death Clutch” spelled out on top. There is some obvious metaphor here as Brock is defending his Heavyweight belt. Randy Couture will face “Minotauro” Nogueira Saturday, August 28th 2009, at UFC 102. This will be a great fight as both of these fighters are highly skilled and immesnsly experienced in the octagon. Couture is looking to win and hopefully get another shot at the heavyweight title currently held by Brock Lesnar.
